Daniel H. Johnston (Associate)

Daniel Johnston was born in Fairfield, California, on August 17, 1973. He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and graduated with high honors, receiving a B.S. in International Affairs. He received his J.D. from Emory School of Law in 2005.

Following graduation from law school and admission to the bar in Georgia in 2005, Daniel worked for Fulton County Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedford, Jr. Daniel has since worked in private practice focusing his talents on nursing home matters, civil litigation, including business and commercial litigation, and personal injury.

Daniel is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Bar Association, DeKalb County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
