- Storm Drainage and Buried Debris Cases
Government and private developers are responsible for management
of storm water drainage to minimize flooding, and controlling

was awarded more than $160,000 for property damage and punitive
damages after negligent inspection and reporting of prior infestations
resulted in the proliferation of the termites. This is one of
the largest verdicts of its kind in Rockdale County, Georgia.
