At Apolinsky and Associates, LLC one of the main areas of our practice are nursing home cases. We have a strong belief that you are entitled to dignity at the end of your life. When we say negligence or abuse in a nursing home setting what we’re talking about is an injury that has occurred because of the lack of proper care.
