Devin Carter v. Six Flags et al.  Attacked by a group of young boys while waiting to catch a bus.  Several boys have plead guilty or have been convicted of being in a gang.

Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Crawford v. Tri-State Deliveries et al.  Client injured when safety loop for tractor trailer broke causing him to fall over 10 feet and sustaining serious injuries.  Case pending in Phenix City, Alabama.

Stevens v. Da Brat, Jermaine Dupri, So So Def Productions, Inc. et al.  Falcons cheerleader, who was serving as a waitress at Studio 72, was struck in the head by a liquor bottle by Da Brat during a Halloween party hosted by Dupri and So So Def.

Smith v. Lewis and Allstate.  Young Kayla Smith was a passenger in a car involved in a serious automobile accident outside of Montgomery, Alabama.  Young Kayla suffered a permanent traumatic brain injury.
