About LaShawna Wrongful Death Lawsuit vs. Hotel in Midtown Atlanta
On May 28, 2011, LaShawna was celebrating her 30th birthday by having dinner with friends and then socializing at a hotel in midtown, Atlanta. As the evening wound down, she was saying goodnight to friends and was playfully hugging a friend when she fell through the window on the 10th floor and died.
